Process step 1 - Discussion of your project

Topics often include existing conditions and any known intentions for the school(s).  A popular example is a district office intending to send SIGN messaging out from a central point of communication.  Other elements may include sign placement, height and width dimensions, plans for the sign and its messaging, and distance from which it should be readable

Process step 2 - Product and software demonstrations

We enjoy showing the signs capabilities and the differences in sign features such as pixel pitch as one very important element in sign selection. We can bring our demonstration van to you and your school or district or offer the demonstration online. The demonstration serves as a excellent means to determine the type of sign that will work best!

Process step 3 - Regulations and procedures to address / follow

There are a few regulations and regulatory agencies within the California State government that may impact your sign installation. These regulations are meant for the safety and solid project delivery skill set of your selected sign vendor. Identifying these early on will greatly assist in designing the appropriate signs.

Process step 4 - Sign design and mock-up(s)

With the information gathered, we will prepare and send mock-ups and drafts of the sign design. These serve as the basis for the project once approved.

A cherished step for us to gain the trust of a new customer! We assign a team leader as a primary source of contact and send the project timeline and scope. Our team will begin the process of fabrication to the approved specifications and the construction processes required.

Understanding Pixel Pitch in LED Display Signs

Pixel pitch is an important consideration for placement of the sign and the distance in readability.  A smaller pixel pitch (now available in 6mm) will be able to clearly seen from distances and in different conditions.

This video highlights 16mm compared to 10mm pixel pitch.
